Haga clic en Inicio y en Ejecutar.
Escriba cmd en el cuadro Abrir y haga clic en Aceptar.
Escriba portqry -n servidorConProblemas -e 135.
Si no hay problemas debe recibir un resultado similar a este:

Si el puerto 135 se encuentra bloqueado recibira un resultado similar a este:
TCP port 135 (epmap service): NOT LISTENING
